Diamond Plate Corner Guards
These metal corner guards are made from our .025 (cosmetic) or our .045 (light duty) diamond plate. Standard sizes for diamond plate corner guards are 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" legs and 12", 24", 36" or 48" in length. We are able to produce any custom length that you require, up to 48" or any leg width. Please call us at 970-800-3173 if you have multiple corners or need custom metal corner guard sizes.
Please note .045 diamond plate corner guards are ONLY available in silver.
Inside Corner means that the useable surface is on the inside portion of the angle. Outside Corner means that the useable surface is on the outside portion of the angle. The edges are rolled on the .025 metal corner guards for a finished look, but the top and bottom are not. The metal corner guards for walls come with PVC protective film for removal during installation.
Metal Corner Protector Installation: Typically, for drywall applications, any contractor's adhesive or contact cement will work on aluminum outside corner trim. You will want to match the type of adhesive to the material to which you are mounting the corner. Hardware can also be used to give your metal corner guards that industrial look.
